Exercise Often by the following:
- Cardiovascular Equipment like Treadmill, Stairmaster, Stairclimber, Walking
- Weight Lifting Equipment and Machines: Light to Medium To Heavy
- Sauna
- Drink Plenty of Water and Sweat it out
- Wash Hands
- Take Showers and Keep Hygiene on top by Staying Clean
- Avoid Shaking Hands with people
- Cover your coughs and sneezes with tissues and don’t blow it towards any public or person or environment
- Stay Home if your Sick
- Don’t go to public areas if you are sick
- Don’t go to work if you are sick
